Welcome to the Plymouth Ladies Charity Club
The Plymouth Ladies Charity Club is a registered charity that launched in October 2016. It was created to provide grants of up to £500 for children and young adults (under 25) living in Plymouth and any other PL postcode area. We welcome applications from children, their parents or carers, for those in need of financial assistance, be it to achieve a long held-ambition or to overcome a short-term problem.
Our application process is easy: simply complete the form telling us a little about the recipient and why they need help, and the PLCC grant committee will consider your request at the 6-weekly meeting and reply promptly. See some examples of who we have helped here.
We raise money through our membership and by holding a variety of events throughout the year.
There are many ways in which you could support us. You could join us, attend an event or make a donation.

Making a Difference in Our Community 💜
We were delighted to support a local young dancer with the opportunity to attend the Dance World Cup.
What an incredible experience it turned out to be!
Her team were crowned World Champions in their Musical Theatre class, taking home a gold! They also achieved 2nd and 3rd place in the large junior group 🥳
She also performed a ballet solo, ranking an incredible 22nd out of 52 dancers in a very competitive class.
Her family told us they had the most incredible experience and were incredibly grateful for the support that helped make this opportunity possible.
We’re so proud to have played a small part in helping a local young person pursue her passion and experience something so special ✨
